A lovely (tatty) old book "Culpeper's Complete Herbal".
Contains a comprehensive description of nearly all herbs,with their medicinal properties and instructions for making up the herbal remedies.
This is possibly the 1970's edition with six double sided colour plates and one single sided plate at the front,the printing is a bit off centre and the book is moisture stained with yellowing to a lot of the pages.
There is some image bleeding on some plates but still pretty and the readable although some information is probably outdated.
The dust jacket is scruffy too with a tear at the top left hand corner.
Approximately 195mm high x 125mm wide.
