A lovely heavyweight old European grainsack,a herringbone type weave.
Great for cushions,bath matts,table runners and fabric repurposing.
It has been washed and there are marks from use and age but a nice piece.
This has been washed once and is still quite coarse although use and washing will soften it over time.
This one is a dark purple is colour stripe and it is a softer tone on the reverse side too.
