The monkey is a rarer type from a zoo series.

Approximately 35mm high x 50mm long,some paint wear from age.

The vesta tin is from R.Bell & Co Ltd NZ,popular many years ago with pipe smokers,it no longer contains the little matches but makes a great prop,it is worn from age and use,you can see in some areas that it would’ve been shiny once.
