A vintage handpainted number once used at the Western Springs Horticultural Society.
Maybe the numbers were made for ranking flowers in competitions.
The number is off white painted hardboard with black numerals.
It is old and has discolouration with surface wear and the odd rough area,there are pencil marks too.
The stand is a simple piece of wood with a groove for the number to sit.
The number is approximately 75mm x 205mm.
